Not a Reliable Company

I order a Router from this Company and it was a wrong Router that i received then i look through the order i found out it was my mistake instead of R7000 i Ordered D7000..Then i email the support team and explain to them which i was been told to send back the D7000 and they will check the Router if everything is ok once they receive it which might take 2weeks. This router was unused not open from the Box up until now i never receive either my refund or replacement. They receive the router i send to their company on the 10th Nov and till now no communication from this company please do not buy from them their customer service is very poor. Please dear PC LINK computers i need either my Router or my Refund.
