None existant customer service

On the 16th of December 2021 at 9:49, I placed an order for a slip printer and I got a confirmation email that it will be delivered after 1 to 3 working days. I assumed that meant, i will get my printer latest Wednesday the 22nd of December 2021. To date, i have not received my printer, Our store opened today without a slip printer. It is officially 5 working days. What bugs me the most is that their telephone line is automated, the emails are automated, there's no one availble to assist customers. I sent an email yetsreday and got an automated reply, no person has deemed it important to contact me after receiving my email. Their tracking system is completely flawed, it only tells you the product is in process, can anyone tell me what exactly that means? i checked my order status before posting this and it still says, it's in process.

You people have the worst service for an online business, you are giving all of us who have online stores a bad name. Companies like you are the reason people are so sceptical of online businesses.
