Non payment of refund on confiscated laptop battery

On 5th November 2020 I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop. By January this year I still had not received it, nor heard from the company. I contacted Pc Link on 20 January only to be told that my battery had been detained at customs, I was asked whether I would like a refund to which I rep**** yes. To date I have had no refund, nor have I been able to contact the company. A cell number is on their profile but it is a computer recording referring to their email help desk. I must have contacted them at least 8 times now, each time merely receiving an automated response that my email has been received and no further attempt to contact me or resolve this issue. I could not recommend this company to anyone and regret ever dealing with them in the first place.
