<div>I ordered a battery on 10/07/2021 order number #23161. Only after no delivery 3 weeks later, I requested information on delay. Was told they could not source battery, and a refund would be processed within 14 days. Now 3 weeks later again, and no refund. Communication is limited to only bit responses of it is in process.</div>
