Non Delivery on Advertised Dispatch

DO NOT deal with this crowd, Perhaps my understanding of "Same Day Dispatch" as advertised on their site, is in conflict of the general English version of SAME DAY ... I ordered the item at approx 6am, a day later I still do not have any tracking information or the status updated to other than "Processing" as of the initial order... 20 Minutes waiting on a call and asking a disinterested employee for update was pointless. The ONLY successful delivery was the multitude of excuses!
