Non Delivery

It is fortunate that ratings doesn't go below zero. I've ordered and payed for quite an expensive Fisher Space ben and a bunch of refills - Almost a month later, I have received no order details, no delivery, no feedback. Emails aren't answered and contact form just gives automatic received response.
