NO SERVICE, NO RESPONSE, EMPTY PROMISE OF REFUND, NO Tel CONTACT

Ordered from PC Link Computers on 06 Aug 2020. Website promised delivery in 3-5 days. By 25 Aug I have received nothing. Queried via email on 27 Aug. I was informed that ETA for the stock is the third week of September. I waited and waited. On 22 September I requested a refund. I enquired again about my refund on 30 Sept. On 02 Oct reply was that the money will be back in my account by 14 days. Upto today there's still no sign of my money. There's no response from them anymore. All I want is my refund and to also warn the public about their pathetic service.
