NO SERVICE NO REPLIES

Went online (pclinkshop.co.za) and placed an order. Order number 12091 and 12152.Payment made on 4th Sept.2020. On the system it was confirmed that delivery is between 10-20 working days. If I query how far my order is they reply T&C say 45 days. All I want to now is how far my order is. Emails were sent to Dehan, George and Garth. No reply to my question. How far is my order? No response. Also, their phone line is 'conveniently out of order" for apparent some sort of maintenance. Who runs a business with no phone back up?
