No Service

I have requested invoices for an order placed, and 3 weeks later still no feedback. I have placed my order online on 8 June and have only received part of my order, after contacting them a month later and numerous emails that were ignored to find out where is the last outstanding item to find out their supplier has no stock. Even if their website says they have stock it doesn't mean that they actually have stock of the item as it still shows stock available on their website. They used to be a good supplier but that has changed to the worst supplier on my list and wont be buying from them any time soon.
