No response to progress of my order, website has no information, I feel I'm being ****med

No response when I have emailed numerous contact addresses, all I need is feedback on my order and when it will be delivered. Feels like a ****, not sure when or who will get back to me. Order placed 2 April, delivery was promised for 3 working days. When I follow up there is no response to my emails, not contactable by phone. DONT USE THIS SHOP.
