No response, no delivery
I ordered an item on 1 November 2019, paid immediately and was told that i would have the item within 10-20 days. I have never received a tracking number, despite requesting on 3 separate occasions. Absolutely no response to emails sent to enquire. I am starting to wonder if i have lost the R2999 that i paid for the item.

28 Nov 2019, 15:43I had a call shortly after posting this review from Jarryd at PC Link. He apologised and explained the situation, and i appreciated his response immensely. I am very happy to say that he has given me all of the necessary information, and i am eagerly awaiting delivery.
