No response from PC Link Computers

I have ordered from them twice before without any cause for concern. One was delivered and the other I picked up myself.

But then...

On 13 Feb 2022 I ordered a projector lamp for my dad and paid R3239.00. On 10 March 2022 I enquired about my purchase and the support agent apologized and said that the supplier had moved the ETA to the first week in April. I was also asked if I would be willing to wait. It was the best price I could find from a local supplier, so I opted to wait. I enquired again on 13 May 2022 with no human reply yet.

On 31 May 2022 I tried to got to their website and it took me straight to HelloPeter! Tried to phone them today on *** and got played a recording stating that they are only available via email.

Has anyone managed to contact them recently?
