NO RESPONSE FROM PC LINK COMPUTERS

Oh dear. I wish I'd checked the Hellopeter website before I ordered from them. I purchased a Mecer 24V 1440W Inverter from them online and it was delivered very efficiently. The problem was that the inverter failed at the first Eskom power cut. I've e-mailed them and had no reply so I phoned *** and got a recorded message telling me that they have disconnected their phone due to high volumes or something similar. Having now seen the volume of complaints about these guys, I fear the worst!
