No response and bad service

I ordered a mecer inverter system from this company early march. It usually takes about 2 weeks from payment to delivery as we are in a remote area. I have bought numerous other items in the past from this company with no problems. I understand that everything came to a complete stand still with lockdown. The problem is that the company does not answer their phone lines and also does not respond to numerous mails sent. The product has not been delivered and there is absolutely no response. I urge people not to make use of this company
