No response.

I received my order on the 12th of Jun 2020. The Redragon SNIPER PRO Mouse is faulty. The DPI indication lights are not working and the left mouse button is very noisy. I send numerous e-mails requesting the procedure to repair, replace or refund the faulty unit, but no response. The phone is not being answered except for a message about skeleton staff and that an e-mail should be sent.
