No refund for cancelled order from PC Link

I placed an order on the 14th March 2022 with PC link The order status still shows as not paid although i did the EFT and emailed proof of payment to PC Link There is no telephone contact details for PC link and their emails goes un answered I received an email on the 22nd March stating Supplier is out of stuck and if i want a refund. I rep**** on the 22nd for them to refund me Till today there is no refund from them
