No product, no refund

My first review had been deleted, so here it is again.

I ordered a product from this company on the 4th of November, and was told to wait 15-20 work days for the product to be delivered. After the time had passed, I emailed them only to find out that the new ETA was now set for mid-January. I was upset about the fact that I had to email them to hear this (instead of them sending me an email first explaining that delivery or shipping has been delayed).

I subsequently cancelled my order and was told my request would be reverted to the accounting department 'soonest'. This was at the beginning of December. Their refund policy states it could take 10-14 days for the refund to go through, but it has been over a month and I have still not heard anything back from them. Their customer service is poor and they do not hold fast to their promises.
