No product and no refund just excuses

After having waited 3 months for a product with various exuses for delays(If you get a response), I cancelled the order and requested a refund for which I have been waiting for over a month. Have since received the exact same product directly from amazon 4 weeks after ordering, so excuses of delivery and customs problems doesn't hold water.
