No Money No Goods Supp****

I've tried several times to get my refund for a product that i paid for but was never supp****. Been waiting 3 months now. It's been back and forth with emails and still no money. The number on the website is met with a machine that informs you that you only contact them through email. I'm sadly productless and moneyless up untill now.
