No idea of the meaning of customer service

Do Not Use This Company I ordered a replacement keyboard for my Dell Laptop on 2 March 2021 because their website said that they had the keyboard in stock. When they confirmed the order they said it had to be imported but should arrive within 20 working days. Since then I have emailed them repeatedly regarding my order and just get a stock reply "Kindly note that the stock is yet to arrive Once the stock has been booked and processed you will receive an email indicating that the stock is on the way" It is impossible to contact them by phone and their customer service is non existent. I have had the same cut and paste response as above 8 times now and no sign of my keyboard.
