No Feedback or Delivery of order

Placed an order on the 9th of October 2020. Payment was made immediately and i received a confirmation that the order will be delivered within 20 working days.

I have followed up on numerous occasions where I was told that the order is waiting to clear customs. I was then told that i would receive the order in the 2nd week of December. It is not February and I still have not received the order or an update.
