No delivery,poor service,no stock

Ordered a pc case and 2 flash drives all of which said they had stock according to the website.the sales consultant phones the following week and says that they do not have the case but can give an alternative. Its been 3 weeks and nothing has arrived

Very poor service from pc link computers.i never get this service from takealot or wootware
