NO DELIVERY! NO COMMUNICATION! NO SERVICE!

I was worried to use a company I have never used before. That is why I did some research on HelloPeter before placing an order with Pc Link Computers. I did NOT find Pc Link Computers on HelloPeter as I typed in the complete name myself in the search bar (guess it only works if you click on the company name suggestions). My dad had used them before and received his order in a timely manner.

Therefore, I closed my eyes, placed the order, and made the payment on 12 November 2021 that amounted to almost R4 000. I received a confirmation email with order #27133 and was informed it should take between 10 - 25 working days to deliver. On 11 December, I sent an email to *** to ask where my order is. I received an automatic response saying that my request had been received. There was no response.

On 15 December I requested an update again and a support agent with no name rep**** on 21 December and promised that they will follow up and revert back to me soonest. By 2 January, I still had not heard back from them. I sent another email and received the same automatic response.

On 10 January, I phoned the only number I had (please note they only supply an email address online) which was in the email signature of the nameless support agent. The recorded voice message said I should contact them via email at *** (which I have been doing) or ***. Due to my rising frustration, I tried emailing the support email and told them it's been almost 2 months since I placed the order and that I'm starting to think this is a ****. Garth Botha rep**** on the same day and said I should contact enquiries and that he cc'd my email to them. I have heard nothing from them ever since.

Save yourself a WORLD of trouble and DON'T use this company!! Their service is ********** and their communication is non-existent!!!
