No delivery, no communication, lies and worst service ever seen
I bought an item which I was promised will be delivered in 15 to 20 working days. 2 months later the item is not delivered. No communication at all from the company and you wait 5 to 10 minutes just holding on the phone for someone to answer your call. When you are lucky to get through on the phone, the person answering the phone never helps, instead he lies to you about consulting a manager and will call you back. He never calls you back as promised. Anyone who cares about service must never ever buy anything from this company. It is worst of the worst services you will experience. I regret the day I decided to pay my R3500 trying to buy via PC Link Computers.
