No delivery - contact PayFast and they will help get your money back

After nearly 5 months of non-delivery we finally were refunded but only after Payfast intervened on our behalf. Bank took charges on the refund transaction which we had to pay and PCLink were probably sitting earning interest on our money for the nearly five months. With all the slow delivery complaints makes you wonder if they run their business off the interest they earn on other peoples money.
