NO DELIVERY and NO SUPPORT

I bought an advertised item expecting to arrive in 10 business days. Now many, many months later the item still hasn't arrived. There is no way to contact them apart from an automated response at a call centre. I tried automated response is to use their support , which i did, and that produced an automated response to wait. I have done this many times and each time the response is the same.

So, the answer is to never ever deal with this company. EVER
