No delivery

I ordered and paid for hardware on the 27th of August. I tried to call to find out when it will be delivered on the 21st of September but PC Link does not accept phone calls. I therefore sent an email and received a reply from Maurice that his team does not work with .com orders. I sent an email to the email address he gave me, and still haven't received response. After reading all the negative reviews, I am now concerned that I may have to spend time in the small claims court to get the matter resolved.
