No customer service, no warranty processing.

I bought 2 inverter systems from PC Link networks in January 2021. On the 5th of July 2021 I sent them an email informing them that one of the systems was faulty and would not hold charge. It is now the 27th of October and I have still not heard back from them. I have followed up with them and have still not heard anything. I will not buy any other products from them because if something goes wrong with the product there is no follow up service. I wouldn’t recommend them.
