No customer service at all

I would not suggest buying from PC Link Computers - they have absolutely no customer service.

I have been emailing them regarding an order we did on the 4th of Feb 2021 and haven't received any feedback as yet. If they could only inform me of the progress of my order, but they choose to not say anything.

Due to Covid their telephone lines are also off - so we have to mail.

They are not a **** - but they have no customer service at all.

Before buying from them see if you can't get assistance somewhere else where you would at least be informed of your order.

I don't believe that they care about their customers.
