No customer service and no delivery on order

Placed an order on 15 February, system shows 3days delivery time. Havent received my package yet and they dont reply to my emails. Their service is by far the worst i have ever experienced. If i look at all these reviews they shouldnt even be trading. No customer service at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
