NO Customer service!!!!!!

Purchased and paid for an item. Item did not work when received, and they have send courier to collect. Confirmed receipt back at their warehouse. But now, since August DEHAN at PC Link does not answer my emails and their telephone lines are switched off. Really frustrating if you've paid a lot off money and are unable to try and settle any issues??????
