No contact/reply from them - *****ing my toner that was returned because not giving feed back in 2.5 months!!!!!!!!!

Terrible worst service! I returned my toner on 20 January because it was faulty. Still no reply from them and even though I have sent plenty of emails, they say it is with the manufacturer. Now been another month without reply from them and they cannot be contacted via phone. Pathetic, I want a refund but they do not get back to me. They wasted my money and previously I got better service. Where can they be contacted? It is unexeptable and actually ******* way and "*****ing" my toner. If they cant find something wrong, they could just send it back. I used all the email adresses I could find.
