No communication, no refund.

PC Link Computers have not refunded goods paid for which were not supp****. What was meant to be 2-3 delivery didn't happen - their phones are never answered, their emails are not answered, so I cancelled the orders. They have had my money since 17 & 18 February 2022.

Then after receiving the cancellation, my stock suddenly arrived, and they acknowledged that the refund will take 30 business days. Monies should have been credited 31 March 2022.

It's such a shame that what used to be a good company that OI recommended to many people has turned into a business to be avoided at all costs. Shame on you!
