No communication, no after sales service, three month delivery time

Three months after placing my order my goods had not been delivered. I ordered a specialised grab rail for my father who was visiting me for a short period. By the time my father's visit was over, I requested a refund as I still did not have the item and I no longer needed it. The item was delivered two weeks later. I followed up and received an email stating that the item would be collected and a refund processed. That was in January and I am still sitting with an unopened box, and no response to my e-mails. Please do not use this site to purchase anything as you may be throwing your money away.
