No Communication & bad service.
Ordered online last night to collect the following day. No collection address is given. Emailed twice already with a computer generated response. Tried to call. Was kept on hold for 20 mins calling from my cellphone with a constant message that I am the next caller in the queue. Now trying to cancel my order because the 'çonviiencence' of online shopping is actually just annoying and frustrating with this company. I am now holding again and am on 10 mins so far with 5 callers ahead of me. How delightful.

Your order was placed at 10pm last night, it states that you need to confirm if same day collection is available with us.
We have procedures that we need to follow, you request an address but we cannot give that to you until the order has been confirmed with our suppliers.

These are rules set by the suppliers and not by us. It states on our website that it takes 1-2 working days for collection if payment is made by 13:00pm. Your payment was made at 10pm on the 10th June.

17 Jul 2019, 13:40So an update for those who check Hello Peter before they buy (I wish I did). My review was disputed The review you wrote about Pc Link Computers has been reported by them as inappropriate (i.e. false) saying ‘we have not broken any of our commitments based on the T&C's and the fact that the customer was notified that she needs to confirm same day collection however did not email us requesting this information.’ I was asked to provide proof which I did with reference numbers and screenshots. PC link again disputed this. How do you say I did not email when I show proof I did? ( Your request (12751) has been received ) Anyways, I was asked to send an affidavit or my report would be removed. I did this bc I feel sorry for those spending there last money here that cannot afford to hold on a cellphone waiting for over 20 mins for someone to answer a call. So not only did I end up with cellphone charges for all the calls I was on hold for, plus time away from work trying to resolve this, I now needed to take more time out of my day to go and get a sworn oath done. I am not a lair and will not be intimidated by anyone for speaking my truth. I suggest that this company focus more time answering calls and emails than policing negative Hello Peter reports. It certainly will stop them from piling up bc they all have very similar content with regards to communication.
