No communication and late shipping

On Sunday, the 18th of July I placed an order for a product that was in stock. According to their website, it should ship within 1-2 business days. On Thursday, the 22nd, I haven't gotten any shipping notification and enquired about my product. No response. Not even on a follow-up email. By the time I get my product, it will be more than a week!
