Nightmare !!! No service at all !!!

Worst service experience ever! Not worth even one star. Have been waiting for the past 5 months for a product ordered in January this year. They've promised a 10 to 20 day delivery estimate. You cannot contact them telephonically. Please be very careful dealing with this business. They are quick to take your money but slow to deliver (... if at all......; still waiting for my order or refund). Once again...............BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. The word "useless" comes to mind.
