NEVER AGAIN
Absolutely shocking service. After waiting nearly two weeks, I finally followed up and received a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, it said that my items had been delivered directly to PC Link from their Supplier instead of me. Trouble is, it had been delivered to them the previous Friday, and they sent me the tracking number on Monday, so they knew that the goods had been delivered to them but they tried to pull the wool over my eyes.

13 Aug 2020, 12:22UPDATE: An hour or so after my post, I got a call from them. They promised to put my parcel in overnight. I was sent a tracking number. Turns out that when I checked today, it wasn't overnighted, and now I'm still waiting longer. I promised to remove my review if I got the stuff today, but that's not the case, so now I'm not keeping my promise either. I hope PC Link Computers goes out of business because of the absolutely terrible, TERRIBLE service I have received from them. Lots of people are without jobs now, people like these don't deserve to have jobs. Worse than useless. Please don't use them, doesn't matter how cheap. Rather pay the extra to get halfway decent service.
