Negligent company

Ordered a rather specialized cable from them on 5 Feb 2020, where the shipping costed more than the item but i was told they have to order it form abroad before delivering it us. Waited out the "20" working days, received the parcel just for it to be the wrong item. A very negligent company who don't check their stock before sending it off to their clients. Trying to get a refund now via their hotline and was nr 9 in the queue, waited 30mins to get to the front just to be cut off. Flawed company
