Most pathetic service/unresponding

Pathetic service! I ordered a microscope back in August 2020 and still did not receive it. I have emailed numerous emails in order to obtain information on why I am waiting so long and still have not received any feedback regarding my order. No one can provide me with answers and I am getting worked up, its as if the company does not exist! Poor service and I will never recommend anyone purchasing something at Pc link computers!
