Months waiting for stock

Months waiting now for stock, Agents advised that they could not get all the stock and would action a refund, Months waiting for a refund / Months waiting for stock Well to be exact I bought stuff in August 2021 and not it is Jan 2022, I'm R12k out of pocket without ant goods, Will never be buying from them again, I have exhausted ALL communication and all they say is that stock is in SA but cant say when they going to deliver, Utter ******* service
