Money Pit / PC Link Computers

I placed a order with PC Link Computers Aug 17 th 2021. They could not provide me with goods ordered (R1600) within time frame stated. I had to follow-up and querie why no delivery .. They returned an eamil stating that they would refund me (admin) in two weeks. When two weeks were up they said that they would sort out and now they avoiding me……and no refund They have a voice activated cell no .. ( This is their smoke screen service covering queries….. You are instructed to send them a email and wait for a return reply via a job ticket generated. Once you start the job ticket process their reply’s become less eventually non existent… This is how they took my money … if times are difficult close your shop…… They are hanging onto my money for their poor service and lack of communication which to date has not been honoured . Avoid / Bewarned consumer
