Missed Delivery Dates and No Communication

Horrible experience with this online service. I placed and paid for an order over a month ago. I sent an email to query how far my order is and only received one response indicating that the order would be end of July, it has been over 22 days and still no response or updates regarding delivery of my item even though the anticipated delivery date was 20 days. I am appalled with their lack of customer service and definitely would not advise anyone to use them.
