Lack of communication / ZERO customer support / No means of contacting them

Placed an order on Monday 13th Dec 2021 for an item they expected to receive stock on for the 10th Dec 2021. Been emailing multiple times asking whether they are waiting for the stock still or if my item is already in stock only to receive 1 email back saying they will follow up and advise. The level of communication is horrible. It is now going to be Day 4 and I have no idea when i'll receive or if they even have my item. This will definitely be my last order from PC link computers.
