Joining the choir

I placed an order with them on 1 July 2021, and according to the site, it should have arrived 5 July 2021. I have yet to receive anything!! I have attempted to contact them on a daily basis to get an update on the order, and there has been complete silence.

When a company provides only a single mechanism for contact, one would hope that they respond on that platform, especially given that we are giving them our hard earned money!

I feel that, given the other reviews and responses from the company, customer satisfaction is not their objective and leaving the customer high and dry and being richer at that, is in fact their objective.

I am not even sure how to continue with this as it seems a refund is not even an option.

I don’t think that my order value warrants legal action, but I will most certainly be telling friends and family to stay away.
