It's not worth it

I bought Unifi AP from PC Link on 07/05/2020. They shipped my order using their old database which contains incorrect details. The shipping company could not get hold of me and ended sending the item back to the originator. I went there personally to try and sort it out, however they claim that they did not receive the item. Their phone is not working and they don't respond to my emails. I have requested a refund but have received no acknowledgement. Advice: save yourself the trouble. This inconvenience is not worth the R100 that I saved - don't even know if I will ever get my money back.
