It's a YES from me!

Pure Gold Service! The service I got at PC Link Computers was absolutely amazing. It was my first time purchasing from them, I needed quite a specific monitor stand. I phoned the company and my call was directed to an automated response where I was told that the company was not taking calls and I needed to email, so I did exactly that.

A guy by the name of Jaco Venter responded my email in a flash, I could have sworn he was looking at his computer screen just waiting for me : ) ... he guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions with friendliness and patience, and all of this was done via email, his responses were so quick it felt like normal texting.

I then made the purchase, Monday the 2nd of November 2020, I was supposed to receive my parcel by latest Friday the 5th but I got an email on the 3rd saying my package was ready for collection, I drove to their offices, found an another friendly guy who was so helpful and very kind, he carried my stand for me all the way to my car as I was parked outside the premises, this type of service is rare to find, I am so happy that I took a chance even after seeing some reviews that made me doubt. I am truly pleased and would definitely do business with them again. Keep it up you guys! : )
