Item not as on website

So I Really like pc link computers because they always have the best prices... and shipment is always fast.

But my resent purchase was not that great. I bought universal laptop chargers (or so I taught) looking at the picture of the item... After I did the payment and items was picked up from courier I wanted to buy more got on the site I saw that its just tips for a charger... ok so thats also fine because I have an universal charger but need the tips...

Unfortunately when it arrived it was just one tip a square one for A Lenovo laptop that I don't need...

Please correct the description on the item page and load the real picture of the item.
