Incorrect Advertising, Failure to Deliver, and Delayed Refunds.

Ordered a screen that no-one else had, the web page said available, two weeks later after no communication and no delivery i managed to get hold of them, they said they trying to source the screen. I requested a refund, they now tell me it takes 7-14 days to process a refund, what ******* is that? they use Payfast, they can refund the transaction immediately, also they can EFT that wont take more then 2 days. Terrible now i dont have the screen nor do I have the money to buy a screen elsewhere. They also still pulling the excuse of no phones due to COVID, like dont there staff have Cell numbers, they also say its against policy to give me there accounts departments email address to follow up on the refund. They should also state that they put prices for items they dont have and will look for the item after they get paid.
