Ignoring refund requests
I purchased a graphics card in June 2020. The product was delivered and I informed PC Link computers that I wanted to return it (unopened).
I couriered the product back to their office address after confirming the arrangement through the website's ZenDesk system. The package was confirmed received by PC Link Computers.
Since then all follow correspondence to process the refund has been ignored. I've tried to phone, email, and log queries on their website several times.

07 Aug 2020, 10:16Shortly after writing this review Dehan Williams contacted me and made arrangements to process refund. While I do appreciate his efforts and the following up diligently, it's regrettable that it had to escalate to this point.
